Essential Duties:
- Represent NGK/NTK at the tactical field level, within the jobber store and ASP community in assigned
territory - Discuss, follow and implement the strategic Account Plan at the store level
- Perform face to face engagements with jobber store managers and/or owners to achieve minimum
engagement numbers per month, as directed by NSM. - Responsible for the rollout of new products and to create, coordinate and implement the ‘pull-through’
demand for new & existing lines with each jobber within your assigned territory - Fulfill the store level activities as identified [where applicable] within the Key Account Specialist’s
‘Strategic Account Plan’. - Report all meetings/learnings and tasks on the CRM, and create follow up tasks
- Gather market data, competitive intelligence and/or other feedback. Report findings in the CRM against
the customer record and notify [or tag] the Key Account Specialist of any issues/actions requiring
interaction with the customer’s Head Office. - Promote and sign up [with store sales persons and/or independently], Automotive Service Providers
[ASP] to the Tech Squad platform and meet minimum monthly sign up targets as directed by NSM - Represent NGK/NTK at the tactical field level, within the jobber store and ASP community in assigned

Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree, Automotive trade degree, or minimum 3 years’ experience in working with
automotive repair shops, jobbers, WD’s and Retailers or automotive knowledge - Strong proficiency in communicating in writing and verbally using the English Language
- Ability to communicate at an expert level in the French language, in geographical areas in which the
language is prevalent; French language skill preferred in other geographic areas - Ability to perform business math functions
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the intent to manage auto parts store and ASP customers
within a given territory - Moderate understanding of product promotion, inventory management and training concepts.

- Proven ability to work with a team to accomplish objectives, with a strong track record of working
independently and taking initiative - Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and has ability to travel commercially.
