Campus Recruiting Consultant

Job Description
The Campus Recruiter will support the recruiting needs of Client's US intern and entry-level programs. This person will be responsible for recruitment of college-level interns for internships across all divisions at Client. This person will source, interview, and hire candidates while working with the hiring managers and Recruiting colleagues.
Principle Accountabilities:

• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide support, education and counsel during the recruitment process
• Work directly with hiring managers to understand their business, develop recruiting strategies, attract top quality intern candidates
• Drive end to end life cycle recruiting from sourcing through to on-boarding that is consistent with Client's overall global recruiting standards
• Work with universities to develop intern candidate pipelines
• Provide general market intelligence and research on our competitors to divisions and regularly communicate information as value-added service
• Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to ensure all HR related services are being met; interact to share pertinent business information to show unity and seamless delivery to divisions
• Track all recruiting data through Workday/Talemetry/Yello
• This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days in the office

• Microsoft Office; a leading applicant tracking system/CRM; a leading HR system like WorkDay
• Experience with campus recruitment at a major corporation
• Strong attention to detail
