Job Description
Job Summary: The Campaign Manager will be responsible for independently working with assigned campaigns to see the projects through to completion. This critical role is responsible for managing assigned campaigns by setting up the delivery of advertising programs including advertising creative deadlines, technical specifications, and tracking of delivery to ensure seamless internal and external workflow communication. This role will work closely with all departments of the organization including Account Directors, Digital Services, Media Services and Finance.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
· Continually and effectively working with all internal departments (DCM, Ad Ops, MST) for campaign execution improvements
· Maintain line of communication between Account Director and internal Refuel teams
· Create and conduct internal program guidelines prior to the start of campaign (kick-off calls)
· Resolve client billing discrepancies and issues as they arise
· Assist in identifying and resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner
· Coordinate between Refuel divisions on constructing media plan
· Present media plans in conjunction with the sales lead to client/agency
· Keep a proactive mindset to identifying issues and developing solutions
· Manage all aspects of the planning, buying and billing process for order
· Create post campaign report as required on a campaign by campaign basis
· Filing, faxing, email, general office duties
· Other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· At least 3 plus years of project management experience.
· College Degree, BS or BA required,
· Well organized, strong attention to detail, stellar follow-up and excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, accounts and stakeholders
· Experience with project management systems is a plus
· Excellent organization and communication and skills
Knowledge and Skills:
· Ability to build positive working relationships
· Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
· Comprehensive knowledge of media and advertising industry
· Strong oral and written communication skills
