Georgia-Pacific Packaging & Cellulose offers a full range of product options from high-end graphic packaging to cellulose fluff pulp to bulk bins and is currently seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager for our division. Committed to strategic business growth, Georgia-Pacific aims to meaningfully connect with our customers and partners and seek candidates with strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for B2B marketing to join our team. This role reports to the Director of Content Strategy on the CX Marketing Team.

Our Team

The Demand Generation Campaign Manager reports to the Director of Content Strategy and will work on a highly collaborative team of marketing and CX professionals who are dedicated to creating long-term value for the Packaging & Cellulose businesses. Our team is in growth mode as we scale our capability to meet the demands of the market.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end Demand Generation Campaigns (from experiments to integrated campaigns), including planning, execution, optimization, and analysis.
  • Define and prioritize requirements for cross-functional initiatives, collaborating across stakeholder groups to outline campaigns, develop messaging, and curate assets to support each campaign.
  • Collaborate with the content, creative, and sales teams to create compelling and targeted campaign assets.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, trade shows, webinars, and more, to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Segment and target audiences effectively to maximize campaign impact.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform campaign strategies.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations manager to manage marketing automation tools to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align campaign strategies with sales objectives and lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with internal and external (i.e. agencies) stakeholders to ensure campaign goals are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in Demand Generation, campaign management, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and sales processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing, campaign development, brand and integrated marketing. Experience in marketing operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce ).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Master's degree in marketing, or a related field

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000-$120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
