Digital Campaign Manager (Digital Fulfillment), Marlin Group
About the job:
The Marlin Group is an integrated network of media, tournament and expedition properties that collectively aggregate an engaged audience of big-game fishermen. The Digital Campaign Manager will serve an important function in fulfilling client campaigns across website, email and social media channels.
Job Profile:
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of digital advertising, across different platforms and audiences, with proven experience in managing social media accounts toward the goal of audience development and activation.
Job summary:
The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for managing digital marketing programs that support Marlin’s clients, and assisting with the execution of Marlin events. The position will report to the Marketing Director and work collaboratively with our clients, events, sales and channel teams to maximize campaign and event outcome, ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Location:
Remote, but central or south Florida preferred.
Occasional international travel to support event marketing and operations will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming digital sales contracts in the CRM
- Collect and coordinate assets for sold, Digital Campaigns, working with both internal and external teams
- Ensure on-time campaign launch and delivery of all sold campaigns, as well as maintain inventory schedules and calendars
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a consistent basis to assess effectiveness, identifying strategies for maximizing campaign success
- Deliver mid and post campaign reporting to Marketing Director, sales rep and client
- Occasional travel to support on-site event operations and digital marketing for the event and partners
- Work collaboratively across multiple departments on event creative (banners, t-shirts, etc.) and digital assets
Required Experience, Skills and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, event planning, communications, journalism or a related field
- Relevant campaign management or marketing experience
- Some international travel required including working weekend events
- Experience with Adobe CC or other marketing design tools
- Strong experience with social media campaign execution (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube)
- Ability to think and work across several different marketing and media-related disciplines
- Exceptional client service and overall customer-service orientation
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to form unique insights and make strategic decisions and recommendations, working with ad performance tracking tools such as Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Experience and passion for boating and fishing a plus
- Understanding of traditional print as a marketing channel a plus
