Job Requirements:
As the Call Center Supervisor , you will support and lead a state-wide customer service and contact center which will assist with enrollment and eligibility for state-related health care programs. Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, Missouri Medicaid, eligibility and low-income populations. Qualifications for this position include:
Minimum three years’ experience in a direct Call Center Supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required.
Minimum of two years’ experience with Call Center operations required.
Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required.
Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent job-related experience/training.
Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
