Call Center Appointment and Surgery Schedulers (Englewood)
This position requires on Site training.
Medical inbound Call Center is seeking a full-time phone agent to work in an extremely team and goal-oriented environment. Previous surgery/procedure and appointment scheduling experience preferred but will take a look at candidates with exemplary customer service experience.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a high volume inbound Call Center and multi-tasking environment without compromising accurate patient data. In addition, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and advanced computer skills.
This position is currently remote. Your training will be conducted in person (or in office). Due to the nature of a remote position the candidate must be able to communicate highly effectively via phone, email, and messaging as these are the primary communication tools for remote work.
Must have a quiet work environment along with highspeed internet. We will provide the equipment.
Primary functions & requirement:
Independent Problem-solving skills
Answer incoming calls
Schedule office visits
Schedule Procedures
Provide detailed instructions to patients
All documentation is recorded in an Electronic Medical Record System
Answer patient questions
Great attention to detail
Candidates must be able to sit, wear headset, and operate a computer for prolonged periods of time.
