Job Summary: The Call CenterSupervisor provides training and support for Call Center Agents by identifying training opportunities and improving metrics with ongoing Call Center development and training programs. Our ideal candidate will create a culture of excellence in customer service by providing initial and supplemental training to all Call Center Employees. The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for coaching employees with the goal of improving sales support and overall customer satisfaction, and will strive to uphold high customer service standards and elevate the brand in every interaction. This individual will assist in establishing Call Center objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products and troubleshooting techniques, analyze data, and focus on improving performance and processes to better support customers.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Leading, supervising, and coaching a team to foster a culture of diligence, accountability, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations, including ongoing and performance plans to meet department metrics
  • Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
  • Develop and implement processes and/or operational improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Ensure all consumer touch points occur as intended and are documented in the CRM system 
  • Ensures that all employees follow the company’s best practices for Call Center management and operations 
  • Oversee Call Center personnel to ensure compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, federal, and state Do Not Call statutes and regulations, internally and externally 
  • Assist in developing and implementing future Call Center vision and strategy

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Proven working experience in home improvement Call Center environment
  • 6+ years of Call Center environment experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Call Center managerial or supervisor role 
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions 
  • Ability to lead and manage a large team 
  • Strong organizational abilities 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on changing demands and deadlines
  • Effective corporate communication skills 
  • Weekend availaiblity required!
