Call Center SpecialistShift Lead – Lowell

What You’ll Do: Enterprise Bank has an exciting opportunity in our Call Center department! We are looking for a Call Center SpecialistShift Lead to join our exceptional team. The Call Center Specialist - Shift Lead is accountable for the delivery of exceptional customer service in accordance with the banks mission and core values. This individual will work to effectively troubleshoot complex issues, assist customers, and help navigate through various self-service online, mobile and voice applications. Additionally, this individual may respond to all product and service telephone, chat and email inquiries and will always resolve these inquiries with exceptional service.

The Call Center SpecialistShift Lead is responsible for ensuring that customer Service levels are met by the Call Center Specialists. The Call Center SpecialistShift Lead will work closely with the Senior Call Center Supervisor to assure Call Center Specialists are providing customers with an exceptional level of service during their designated shift. The Call Center SpecialistShift Lead will supervise, and coach assigned shift team members.

The schedule for this position is Monday and Friday 11:00am – 8:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 11:15am – 8:00pm and Saturday 7:00am – 2:00pm. This position is eligible to work Offsite, Hybrid or Onsite. The person in this position may be required to train onsite and will be required to come onsite once a month for teambuilding. Candidates from MA, NH, and ME only.

Requirements: Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school and five or more years of experience in a banking environment or Bank Call Center or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to demonstrate leading a team and fluency in multiple languages a plus.
