AgeRejuvenation of Tampa, FL is looking to hire a full-time Call Center Sales Representative (Patient Experience Coordinator) to provide quality customer service for our company. This Call Center position earns a competitive yearly wage of $40,000-60,000/year when including monthly bonuses. Monthly bonuses for this position are in the $750-$2,500/month range. We are also offering a $500 signing bonus with this position at 90 days. A Day in the Life of a Patient Experience Coordinator (Call Center Sales Representative)

As a Patient Experience Coordinator (Call Center Sales Representative), you play an integral role in serving as the first point of contact for potential patients. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you help drive sales and profitability by scheduling leads to visit our clinics (NO COLD CALLING). Your primary communication takes place through the phone where you receive inbound calls from customers and place outbound calls to check in with patients. You promote and explain the benefits of our products and services as well as schedule, reschedule, and cancel in-office appointments as needed.

Whenever issues arise, you troubleshoot or transfer the call to the appropriate staff member in order to find prompt resolutions. You maintain our Call Center's key performance indicators as well as strive to meet set goals and objectives. Always friendly and professional, you are a great addition to our team, and enjoy using your excellent phone skills to do important work that you find satisfying!

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Call Center, some college education, OR a strong interest in the anti-aging field
  • Ability to quickly learn all of our products and services
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience using electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills

Being bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred but other languages are helpful as well. Some sales experience would be a plus. Knowledge about various wellness services is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Can you balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude? Do you work well both independently and as part of a team? Are you able to quickly learn new skills? Do you enjoy helping others? If so, you might just be perfect for this sales position!

Work Schedule

This full-time customer service position works 40 hours per week. This position is for the second shift (swing shift) and is M-F from 12 - 8 PM (9 AM - 5 PM during 90-day training).
