Job description

Call Center Sales Manager

Duties:

- Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Call Center
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Call Center performance and productivity
- Monitor and analyze Call Center metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Train, coach, and mentor Call Center agents to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Call Center operations

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency within CRM software
- Experience in technology sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Proven track record in business development and market expansion
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Call Center agents
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and inside sales strategies
