Call Center Reservation Support Specialist

 

What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Reservation Support Specialist within our Lodging division. This position falls under our Operations line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will manage customer reservation requests via inbound and/or outbound calls including new requests, modifications of existing requests, and check in support. The Tier 1 Specialist is also responsible for accurately entering information into our reservation system to assure requests are input correctly to meet client needs. The Tier 1 Specialist is expected to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues over the phone while working at a quick pace and inputting correct data. You will report directly to the hiring manager and regularly collaborate with team leads.


How We Work

As a Tier 1 Specialist, you will be expected to work in an office environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Lexington, KY office.
  • Formal, hands-on training (2-week paid training - onsite)

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Handle inbound calls and outbound calls within department KPI goals
  • Complete reservations within expected department KPI goals
  • Accurately enter reservation details into system
  • Utilize problem solving skills over the phone to assist hotels and clients with issues
  • Communicate issues effectively and professionally with all CLC Clients and Departments
  • Utilize proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues
  • Begin assigned duties on time and deliver on time
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6 months of Call Center and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient communication that includes telephone, verbal and written skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs
  • Ability to navigate through systems
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, responsibility, punctuality, persistence and ownership
