We provide high-quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, grooming and bathing.

We provide professional training that will improve your skills and increase your confidence in this position! The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients,promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls!

Duties

• Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
• Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success
• Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
• Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & dd-ons

• Our Call Center is located at 230 Windsor Parkway Sandy Springs GA 30342. Do you have reliable transportation? How long would your commute to work be?
• Our Call Center hours mirror our location hours so we have shifts begining at 7am and ending at 7:45pm. We are looking to add team members with open availability/flexibility. We also require 2 weekends per month. What is your availability and are you able to work the weekends required?
