Call Center Specialist – Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & Dermatology

Location: 4510 16th Avenue, Brooklyn NY, 11204

Hours: Full Time 11 AM -7 PM (Sunday-Thursday)

Premium Health is looking for outstanding candidates for the Call Center Specialist position for our Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & Dermatology practices.

Conveniently located in Borough Park, our 16th Avenue location is home to our Dermatology, REI and Behavioral Health departments. Ideal candidates will be able to work well under pressure and in fast paced environments. Daily responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying medical insurances
• Creating referrals
• Responding to patient medical questions
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor

Time Commitment:

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
• 11 AM - 7 PM

Compensation:

• $21 - $24 per hour, commensurate with years of experience and credentials
