As a Call Center Representative for our phone repair service, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their mobile devices. Your role will involve answering inquiries, scheduling repair appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking phone repair services.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Order Processing:
- Enter customer information and repair details accurately into the appointment scheduling system.
- Confirm appointment details with customers and provide any necessary instructions.
Complaint Resolution:
- Address customer complaints or concerns regarding repair services with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.59 - $26.79 per hour
