Salary: $18.18 - $26.48 hourly

General Summary
Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon (“PPSO”) is hiring a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative provides quality, efficient and non-judgmental telephone customer service to internal and external callers/patients. Consistently schedule patients for all reproductive and sexual healthcare services and programs according to PPSO scheduling guidelines, which would include abortion services. This is a SEIU union position. This position is primarily remote and agreement to PPSO’s telework policy is mandatory. On-site attendance may be required as needed.
