SalaryDermatology Clinic seeking a friendly employee to join our team. The Phone Rep is responsible for performing a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and performing routine duties within the clinic.

- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors on the telephone; and answering or referring inquiries.
- Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of Genuine, Caring, and Friendly.
- Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Scanning patient information into the EMR system.
- Gather necessary demographic and insurance information from the patient to create and/or update the patient's medical record.
- Interact with patients and staff in a manner that reflects favorably on our clinic and promotes teamwork.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Great Customer Service.
- Time Management.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic computer software, and the ability to learn electronic medical records.
- Organization.
