Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services, including medical office procedures and terminology
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues or concerns
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Follow Call Center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and accurate information
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
