Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative at our medical clinic, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate assistance and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, address patient inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription refills, test results, billing inquiries, and general clinic information.
- Schedule patient appointments according to availability, provider schedules, and patient preferences.
- Provide patients with information about clinic services, procedures, and policies to help them navigate their healthcare journey effectively.
- Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.52 - $25.86 per hour
