Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Follow Call Center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or Call Center role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a bonus
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Bilingual candidates who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish are highly desired
