Call CenterRepresentative Duties:
- Make 20-30 outbound quality control calls daily.
- Input and maintain crucial data.
- Facilitate the shipping of medical devices for servicing.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Call Center Representative Requirements:
- 6 months experience in a customer service role
- Ability to type 35-40 WPM
- Communicate effectively to provide professional phone-based customer service.
Pay: $18/hr
