Position:Call Center Representative
location: Richardson, TX
Duration: 1 Year
Qualifications:
- 1 year+ of Customer Service experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Expectations:
- Business-to-Business customer service and collections experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service and collections
- Capability to work effectively and independently within a structured team environment
- Proficient in following regulations, policies, and procedures
- Light Skip Trace experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Call Center Experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and resources
- Proficient in managing individual production goals and deadlines
- Ability to make timely judgment decisions in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic finance knowledge
Job Expectations:
- Full-time onsite training and job in our Richardson office
- Flexibility to work any hours during hours of operation: Monday-Friday 9am-9pm CST
- The assigned schedule is dynamic and subject to change based on business needs within the hours of operation
- Occasional opportunities for overtime may arise
