Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service issues, and general questions.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products/services to customers.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing inquiries.
Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to find satisfactory solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering open communication and supporting colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
