We are looking to hire a candidate with a customer service background for our Call Center Representative position. Here, you will work in a top orthopedic group to provide patients with the best of the best service over the phone. If you enjoy speaking to people and truly making a difference in someone's day, this could be right role for you!
(Medical background preferred, but not required)
Position Type: This is temp to perm position: ability to go permanent based on performance on contract!
Position Title: Call Center Representative
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida 33401
Specialty: Orthopedics
Hours: Monday-Friday: Need flexibility between 8am - 5pm (shift will be 8-4:30 or 8:30-5) for a 40 hour week
Pay: Ranges from 19-21 dollars per hour as a start rate
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of phone calls from patients and provide the patient with necessary information
- Responsible for email queue volume, taking care of each email
- Document and close patient cases using Salesforce
- Needs to exhibit strong and professional customer service to all patients or other doctor offices calling
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment is very important
Qualifications:
- Needs to be a team player, willing to help where you are needed
- Positive attitude every day at work
- Professionalism in the office and over the phone
- Willing to learn - if healthcare is a new industry for you, you need to be willing to learn!
- Strong customer service background
- Needs to be able to multitask and work in fast paced setting
- Ability to work on a team
- Respect for patient information confidentiality
- Coachable
