Job Description

Veteran Government Services (VGS) is seeking an experienced remote training instructor to provides remote training for Customer Service Representatives.

• Must have significant experience (more than 2 years) in remote training - preferably in the Health Care Industry. If you do not have this experience you will not be considered.
• The ideal candidate will already be a Humana Military Certified instructor.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image to trainees and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute Customer Service Representative training.
• As part of a VGS instructor team, guide students thru succesful completion of the training.
• Keep company leadership informed on the status of training.
