Call Center/ Front Desk Receptionist (Humble)

Call Center Assistant needed in a busy dermatology office. Must have have great personality and customer rapport. Must be able to multi task, and exceptional communication skills. Job duties will include answering a multi line phone system, replying to patient emails, and texts. assisting with distribution of faxes to the correct team within our office. Knowledge in EMA software and dermatology experience are a plus, but not required. Only qualified candidates may apply. Bilingual is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
