Are you in retail Customer Service and have an interest in working in a Call Center environment?
Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting high-energy and dependable professionals for an exciting career in Customer Service! Ideal candidates will have a steady work history, 3+ years of Customer Service experience (retail or Call Center), and a drive to succeed in an interactive customer support atmosphere.
- $15-$16 DOE ($16 for French or Spanish Speakers only)
- Temp-To-Hire
- Must be able to train on days 9:00 am to 4:00 pm M-F and then move to a 2nd shift working an 8hr shift between the hours of 1:30 pm and 10 pm
Overview:
Providing outstanding Customer Service to inbound callers to assist in placing product orders, taking credit card payments over the phone, data entry of new customer account information, troubleshooting accounts and assisting customers with any additional inquiries they may request.
What do you need:
- Drive to succeed
- Reliability- being able to show up to the respective shift each day with no attendance issues
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience (retail or Call Center)
- Willingness to learn new product lines in a classroom and interactive environment
- Positive and outgoing attitude!!!!!!
Pay: $15 per hour and $16 after 90 days
Hours: Training- 9 am-4 pm Monday-Friday (4-5 weeks) Regular Shift- 1:30 pm-10:00 pm with 1 hour lunch
