As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving for first-call resolution.
• Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve and maintain performance targets and KPIs.
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
