Call Center Agent/ Inside Sales Rep

UTB Management is hiring for Full Time Call CenterSales Reps. This position is with our Merchant Services division and will require 200-400 calls per day and to carry a full pipeline of clients. You must be articulate in verbal and written communication.

Position starts at $15 per hour and averages $600-$1000 in weekly paid commissions. Our highest Sales Reps make over $150,000.00 per year!!!!!

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
- Promote and sell products or services to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Utilize sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM software
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team objectives

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
