The job duties for this position are the following:
- Responsible for placing the bread order every morning.
- Instructing your employees when to take their break. No one should be going past their 5th hour.
- Rotate employees from being on the register to stocking or washing dishes/trays.
- Making sure your closers are closing and stocking everything correctly including cooks.
- Managing your cashier’s money and giving them change as well as making sure no money goes missing.
- Your change box should be counted daily as well.
- Report any issues out of your expertise (you don’t know how to fix) with the store, equipment, or employees.
- Helping the chef conduct monthly inventories at the start of every month
- Overseeing that your staff is in the appropriate uniform: Perry’s shirt, proper bottoms, name tag, closed toed shoes & hair is up (if you have long hair).
- Every store must have their Board of Health Permits binder.
- If someone doesn’t show up at their scheduled time, as the supervisor, you must contact them to see where they are and why they are late.
- If someone shows up late without notice, they should be written up.
- Every employee should be ordering from the employee menu.
- It is critical you contact management when you switch off to the backup CO2 tank for us to get a refill. Not doing so will result in a delay in getting CO2 for your store.
- You should also be checking outside your store to make sure the setup was done properly.
- If you need change for your store, you should ask for it no later than Wednesday.
- Making sure you use all 3 registers on busy days and holidays.
- If something is broken, immediately let us know.
- You should leave to do lists for employees to complete during their slow times.
Emergency needs need to be texted the night before.
