Come work for one of America's largest trucking operations! Staffing Plus is currently hiring Café associates! Experience is preferred but not required!
Shifts Available: (all shifts pay $15 an hour)
- 1st shift: Days would vary but hours are 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd shift: Days would vary but hours are 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to driving and non-driving associates.
2. Provide a nutritionally adequate and varied diet for driving and non-driving associates
according to food handling guidelines.
3. Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in
broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
4. Carrying pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
5. Set up and stock assigned work area by following the established service standards and
procedures.
6. Clean service stations, fill ice bins and restock storage and fridge items according to
established par levels. Restock all necessary items during the shift. Complete
all side duties as assigned.
7. Operation of an electronic cash register.
8. Clear and reset tables as they are used, within established standard timings and guidelines.
9. Segregating and removing garbage, and steam cleaning or hosing garbage containers.
10. Transporting trash and waste to disposal area.
11. Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
