Position Overview
The CAC Assistant will provide support in maintaining, troubleshooting, and providing clinical staff training on the various medical software systems in use at SVT Health & Wellness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with our software vendors to solve technical issues, implement new features, and assist with program updates.
- Provide system configuration and training for new staff on software use and clinical workflows.
- Assist in developing workflows and software training materials consistent with our policies and procedures for clinical staff.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of workflows and data collection mechanisms to maintain our PCMH certification, meet HRSA reporting requirements, and meet other quality standards as directed.
- Function as the primary point of contact for EHR “help desk” requests, respond and ensure timely communication and completion of requests.
- Perform essential clinical application support functions to ensure continuity of operations when CAC is on leave.
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent blend of education and experience
Clinical workflow experience
Demonstrated technology literacy skills
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to independently follow-through and complete work assignments, while also participating in an active and positive member of the team.
Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple, and sometimes competing projects at the same time.
