Busser/Barback- Caddys Johns Pass

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Busser to join our team and contribute to the overall success of our establishment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, ensuring efficient service, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and assisting the waitstaff in various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Clearing and cleaning tables promptly and efficiently after guests leave.
• Resetting tables with clean linens, napkins, and tableware in preparation for new guests.
• Assisting waitstaff by refilling water glasses, delivering beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
• Removing used tableware and transporting it to the dishwashing area.
• Emptying trash bins regularly and maintaining cleanliness in all dining areas.
• Assisting in maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including restrooms and common areas.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service and communication.
• Responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Adhering to sanitation and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure a cohesive and efficient dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
