WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
The Business Systems Analyst will oversee the company's PECO Program throughout the local & regional facilities, which involves managing processes, training, and implementation. They will analyze the usage, inventory, receipts, and shipment accuracy of PECO/White Wood and IFCO assets. The analyst will collaborate closely with the company's Warehouse Management team to address any asset discrepancies. Additionally, they will evaluate system service requests to determine feasibility, scope of changes, resource needs, and project timelines. The analyst will provide daily operational support, maintain operation parameters, handle service requests, and troubleshoot problems. They will also develop program specifications to meet business requirements, including new releases, and resolve issues with existing systems.
- Supervise counting and location maintenance of PECO/IFCO and white wood pallets.
- Review receipts and shipments to ensure accurate pallet counts and conduct regular audits.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in pallet counts, report filings, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits of PECO pallets to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Generate regular reports detailing pallet inventory status highlighting any variances or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of PECO pallets transactions, including receipts, shipments and transfers.
- Collaborate with warehouse management, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control teams, to streamline pallet processes and improve overall efficiency.
