Responsibilities: Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc. is hiring Staff Business Systems Analysts to perform timely, quarterly PBA project-based accounting data collection & analysis. Utilize technical skills such as SAP BPC, Excel macros VBA, and MDX query language to extract data from PBA Cube for use in operational analysis. Automate the existing business analytics process utilizing KNIME Data Analytics Platform, Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), Java code snippets, and Power BI reporting tool. Create & deliver business analytics reports and communications. Analyze hiring trends for RTG group. Provide streamlined business analytics data reporting & process improvement initiatives. Manage key operational initiatives for Radeon Technology group, such as annual planning cycle, corporate awards nominations, key partner engagements, capacity planning, and material planning.

Qualifications: Degree required
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: 1 year in job offered or related engineering, data analyst, or consultant role.
Specific skills required: The following skills are required:
Position requires one (1) year of experience in the following:
- C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript;
- Predictive Analytics and Statistical Learning using R, SAP Predictive Analytics Tool, or KNIME Data Analytics Platform;
- MySQL, SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle, or DB2;
- Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools (Pentaho, Hitachi Stream Data Platform, or Power BI);
- Data Analysis and Integration; and
- Business reporting and metrics.
