This role requires strong IT and cybersecurity skills, and intuition to ensure our company is provided for in their technological needs with utmost security. It requires the ability to work independently in a quickly growing and changing company. This role requires a high level of technological understanding in order to manage all of our systems, from network security to CRM applications to ticketing tools, paired with deep interpersonal skills to support our team members throughout the whole employee life cycle. Primary Duties
- Lead implementation and administration of various applications Remodel Health currently uses and might use in the future. Some of these systems include Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Slack, and Meraki for networking
- For example, you may help manage Salesforce licenses, but you would interface and work with an actual Salesforce Admin for any further needs in that app.
- Maintain and upgrade licenses as needed
- Maintain and upgrade physical workstations as needed, including asset tracking
- Implement best practices for meeting room A/V functionality
- Participate in the formulation and development of Remodel Health's IT strategy in terms of physical and logical networking and desktop infrastructure from a security and performance perspective
- Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure optimal service
- Onboard new employees into our technologies and patiently explain our uses of them
- Support internal departments to determine their IT needs and work with them to implement and get trained on systems successfully
- Work cross-functionally with Human Resources, Product, Finance, and Operations teams
- All other duties as assigned in a fast paced growing multi-location environment
Experience and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience with desktop support, networking / security, and various SaaS admin
- CompTIA+/Network or Cisco CCNA preferred but not required
- Clear spoken and written communication
- Training others in new processes
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or combined equivalent of education and experience
