Position Overview: As a Business System Analyst - Celonis, you will leverage process mining tools (Celonis) to generate recommendations based on data, and identify opportunities for value generation. You will also work on maximizing cross functional expertise on both the business side and various technical aspects of process mining.
Responsibilities:

• Setup process models and dashboards, including process exploring tools within Celonis
  
• Transfer business requirements into data and analysis
  
• Supports use cases with data from Celonis
  
• Help solve difficult puzzles that lead to better process performance
  
• Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes within Celonis and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with business subject matter experts to support successful delivery
  
• Plan and conduct sessions with business users and technical teams to capture business objectives, metrics, and requirements for requested system or product enhancements
  
• Analyze current Business Systems and make recommendations for improvement using critical thinking skills and cost benefit analysis skills
  
• Present implementation progress and results to senior executives and business teams
  

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Associates degree in an IT or business field or related experience
  
• Recent college graduate or 2-4 years of experience in Business Systems Administration or related field with application tools used at DigiKey
  
• SQL, VerticaSQL, or database language experience
  
• Must demonstrate the following behavioral competencies: attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, positive attitude, respectful, patience, context switching, initiative, effective listening and communication, and professionalism
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information technology or related field
  
• Analytical thinker with the ability to process information quickly and make actionable recommendations
  
• Strong business and financial acumen as well as analytical skills
  
• Familiarity with event logs
  
• Strong understanding of math and statistics
  
• Experience in automation and analytic tools or financial dashboards, such as Celonis, Pega, UIPath, etc.
  
• Programming experience
  
• Experience presenting to groups
  

Physical Requirements:

• Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen
  
• Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body
