AddressResponsibilities:
- Analyze science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems
- Responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations
- Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
- Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
- Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
- Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared
- Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles
- Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow
- Lead a team of Analysts to document roadmap, user stories and features backlog on Jira or similar product management tools, to achieve objectives and continuously keep it up to date
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Risk / Issues management: Partner with stakeholders across
- Operations, Banking, Credit, Digital, and Technology teams to Implement transformational process and product through cross functional areas within Lending Services
- Partner with Scrum Master: Maintain oversight in partnership with technical project manager
- Create and validate user story acceptance criteria
- Holds meetings with the product team to continuously update product backlog
- Ensures product features and processes align with applicable compliance and risk management standards
- Conduct interviews, workshops and document requirements
- Create detailed documentation such as BRDs, user stories and use cases
- Review designs and ensure solutions address the business needs
- Define data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure that the solution effectively utilizes data to support decision-making and achieve business objectives
- Progress capture and Reporting: Build reports on sprint progress, UAT and any relevant metric
- Maintain visual boards or tools to visualize progress and foster transparency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience (MBA or other related advanced degree preferred)
- 6-8 years' experience
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
- Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models
- Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
- Experience in product management: Experience in conceptualizing, building and shipping digital products
- Experience in Agile, preferably with certification as Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner

Pay Range: $57.64 - $65.64
