Location: Reston, VA
Description:
  • Contractor shall perform Business Process analysis and use the FirstNet Authority's approved hardware, software, and cloud services to develop technical solutions to support the FirstNet Authority's mission and operations.
This includes but is not limited to:
  • Providing technical support for the analysis and documentation of existing technologies, their capabilities, and alignment of the functionality with identified business service processes.
  • Leverage business acumen and data visualization skills to assist in discovery of key enterprise challenges and implement approaches to address via automation and data science.
  • Examine and document how information is collected, stored, and utilized across the organization.
  • Develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft SQL Server and other similar products in use and approved by the FirstNet Authority.
  • Recommend and utilize various statistical and analytical approaches to review, analyze, and trend various datasets. In addition to information security activities, the Contractor shall perform the following:
  • Document all steps, processes, methodologies used to develop solutions so that they may be easily replicated in the future.
  • Provide documented explanations or instructions regarding solutions as needed.
  • Support planning, coordination and execution for meetings within the FirstNet Authority, DOC, NTIA, AT&T, and FirstNet Authority Board and other stakeholders to include meeting design, agenda creation, materials development, facilitation, and detailed meeting summary development.
  • Provide day-to-day support of the teams including scheduling meetings, taking notes, coordinating efforts across the organization, etc.
  • Develop presentations, communications materials, and written reports.
  • Develop and edit technical and comprehensive informational materials and reports

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience proposing business and technical solutions as well as the existing procedures, technologies, systems and workflows in place, recommending the approach and defining the roadmap for their successful integration and implementation.
  • 7+ years of experience designing and architecting Business Processes and workflows and generating comprehensive strategy and business planning documents addressing organizational process and staffing impacts.
  • 5+ years of experience developing low-code apps using Microsoft Power Apps and integrating data repositories, including Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience with the wireless telecommunications and/or broadband industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Share Point.
  • Ability to exhibit mature judgement when anticipating and solving problems.
  • Ability to be proactive, creative, collaborative, and professional.
  • Possession of excellent time management skills demonstrated daily. Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with working in team environments, delivering exceptional work in tight 5 deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality strategy, guidance, process improvement, research reporting, analytics reports, and technology products or services.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, action items, etc.
  • Experience with advanced presentation writing and design.
  • Experience with organizational development and change management concepts
  • Ability to communicate at an exceptional level across all delivery channels and platforms, including advisory, collaborative support, writing complex and logically concise technical reporting, and graphical presentation of complex concepts with clarity and insight.
  • Possession of excellent organizational and task disciplinary skills.
