We are looking for a new Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading our Business Operations function which puts you in the middle of everything. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring they are set up for success and handing them off to our account management team. In addition, you will be an expert in email automation and website conversion. Are you up for the challenge?

- Will report to the CEO of the company and actively participate in the leadership team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of new clients, managing client expectations and deliverables through the onboarding process. This includes scheduling and leading meetings.
- Setting up projects and assigning tasks to other team members, clients, and yourself.
- Monitoring project and client progress, managing escalations both internally and externally.
- Strategizing ideas, writing copy, setting up automated drip campaigns, handling backend functions of setting up new client accounts in an email platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.), updating email templates, quality assurance, scheduling emails, and generating reports.
- Become automation (flow, journey) expert in at least two email marketing platforms for setting up (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) as well as Email Broadcast’s internal platform.
- Build, configure, and launch website forms for clients / internal
- Track progress of campaigns and forms, reporting analytics and improvements to clients on a regular basis during onboarding.
- Create StandardWork for processes and continually update / improve upon it.
- Overall support the business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of a client’s brand and personality, since that also happens in the onboarding process?
Desired background
- University degree preferred, but not required for the right person.
- Someone who gets things done (proactive). You should be an organizer and planner.
- Possesses strong client management skills, making connections with new people easily, and works well with different personalities.
