Role Summary
As Senior Manager of Customer Operations, you’ll enhance our customer interactions by refining processes and aligning them with tvScientific’s strategic goals.
Leveraging your expertise in data analysis and programming, especially in SQL and Python, you'll generate insights and operational improvements crucial for driving revenue and KPIs, reinforcing our dedication to superior service and competitive edge in the adtech landscape.
You'll also play a proactive role in developing and implementing strategies to streamline workflows and optimize advertising campaign performance over time.
What You'll Do
- Optimize daily customer interactions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize SQL, Python, or similar languages to analyze large datasets.
- Develop and implement operational processes to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align operations with company goals.
- Utilize data analysis tools to extract actionable insights from customer data.
- Maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in customer operations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Assess advertising campaign performance using analytics expertise.
- Monitor, operate and design data pipelines for advertising data collection and analysis.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are
- 8+ years of experience in a technical role, emphasizing operational execution and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent programming languages.
- 2+ years of experience in advertising measurement, with a deep understanding of analytics methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience in linear TV advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
