Business Operations Assistant

J.A. Uniforms designs and manufactures creative uniform programs for the hospitality industry. Currently we have a Full-Time Operations Assistant position available.

Training to be provided.

Responsibilities associated with this role are:

• Data entry of client orders into QuickBooks
• Purchasing items from our vendors
• Tracking purchased items and problem-solving issues that arise in purchasing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
• Excellent Business writing skills in English.

Office is located in West Kendall and office hours are Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
