SalaryFiore Montessori Schoolis seeking an energetic, organized and dedicated Business Manager & Executive Assistantto support our growing multi-campus program.

- willingness to troubleshoot small office machines including small business network and printer/copier issues
- flexible to revise plans or direction as needed
- able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- driver’s license required
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Head of School with various administrative functions:
- maintaining paper and electronic files, processing invoices, tracking tuition receivables, attending to budget
- negotiating contracts with vendors
- staff point of contact for HR; maintain paperwork and documentation requirements
- coordinating with other staff members, professional colleagues, and local entities.
- schedule meetings for Head of School, keep track of appointments and assist with daily organization
- Assisting the administrative team with various school responsibilities as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
