Job Description
Responsibilities include:
· All Financial Functions
o Internal monthly financial statements
o Accounts Receivable, Law Firm billing program Juris
o Accounts Payable
o Monthly bank reconciliations (operating account, trust account, savings account and credit card account)
o Payroll provided through third party Paychex
o Prepare Law Firm tax return
· All Business Functions
o Oversee IT functions with support of third party managed services
o Monthly productivity reports
o Business insurance
o Malpractice insurance
o Extensive year-end analysis
o Assist with firm marketing efforts
· All Human Resources Functions
o Administer benefits including interface with health insurance broker and third party retirement plan administrator
o Manage staff (4-5)
o Develop and implement HR policies in cooperation with managing shareholder
o Attorney and staff onboarding
