Job Description
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
- Write and modify SQL stored procedures to meet business needs.
- Write new programs or modify existing programs to meet user requirements and process improvements, using current programming languages and technologies.
- Assist with migrating reporting to Power BI and develop new reports as required.
- Design, develop and maintain ongoing reports, dashboards, KPI?s utilizing ERP tools and other associated databases and technology to drive key business decisions.
- Support end user requests by developing data queries, saved searches, custom screen views and configurations for Infor Syteline ERP and related databases.
- Train subject matter experts in use of BI tools.
- Maintain software by troubleshooting and fixing issues.
- Complete system updates, ensure proper testing and training prior to deployment.
- Maintain proper system access for all users and roles.
- Monitor data quality and provide reports on issues and trends.
- Provide user call support.
- Directly support training of super users/functional masters/and subject matter experts (SME?s).
- Update all employees on system changes and new processes.
- Collaborate with consultants/developers to develop new software and implement changes to existing software.
- Drive initiatives that improve existing business processes and workflows using the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve business processes centered on the ERP.
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000; however, Calvary Robotics considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, work experience, education/training, and key skills.
