Business Intelligence Analyst

Tarkett is looking for a Business Intelligence Analystto join our talented team. This role will lead/coordinate the implementation of a BI tool and dashboards as well as the process improvements initiatives identified thanks to this across the Customer Experience and Supply Chain for Tarkett North America (TNA). This position will report to the Supply Chain Excellence Senior Director. The expectation is that this person will use proven software knowledges to build required dataset and visualization tools, then analytical skills to drive improvements in business performance related to customer experience, service optimization, supply chain operating results that will lead to a World Class Customer Experience for the TNA Customer Experience and Supply Chain team.
Responsibilities include:

• Plan the BI roadmap defining with the key stakeholders the priority projects for TNA Customer Experience and Supply Chain team.
• Partner with stakeholders to create and implement BI tools, visualizations, and documentations in alignment with Customer Experience and Supply Chain strategy to provide the various Business Units with insights that will drive key initiatives actions and populate measures for the day-to-day operations as well as executive reviews.
• Participate/lead initiatives in diverse technology platforms to analyze, engineer, and optimize processes driving a positive Customer Experience in Order to Cash and Demand to Supply processes for the TNA overall business.
• Design and produce analytics and reporting to support TNA initiatives with ad hoc analyses and investigations in key areas around the customer experience.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
• Author and update internal and training documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Develop strong day-to-day relationships with business counterparts to better understand the needs and strategy objectives and ensuring those objectives are integrated into the new developments and met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education Desired:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics or Business Administration (with Supply Chain, Operations or Analytics concentration), Master's degree, preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in analytics required.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong continuous improvement skills.
• Advanced knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau...)
• High proficiency with SQL and database management
• Advanced knowledge Microsoft Excel and Power Query is required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of APICS principles.
• ERP experience, SAP experience, preferred.
