General Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is an integral member of the Data Analytics department, who provides broad strategic direction for the Analytics team. They will lead entire projects from inception to completion and communicate with Executive Leadership to plan and achieve project initiatives.

Essential Duties:
- Develop and manage information/strategies, to support the decision making several departments
- Lead projects from inception to completion, and communicate with Leadership, department directors, and external partners to achieve project initiatives
- Conduct analysis on data to produce reports that inform and guide intelligent business decisions
- Compiles Business Intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations
- Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals
- Design new processes or procedures based on findings from data analysis
- Identify proper data sources and projects, ensure they are accurately imported and joined
- Gather, organize, and analyze data like revenue, sales, market information, or customer engagement metrics of the Company
- Responsible for taking the data which the Company holds and mining it to achieve valuable insights
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company
- Maintain compliance with the Company's Attendance and Punctuality expectations
- Maintain compliance with established timekeeping policies which includes accurate recording of hours worked, working only pre-approved Overtime, and requesting Unpaid or Paid Time Off in accordance with Company Policy
- Establish and maintain an understanding of how to utilize the Company's time keeping software, ensuring that additional training is requested as needed

Knowledge and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a traditional data or analytics corporate environment
- Strong SQL, cloud data warehouse experience preferred. Snowflake experience preferred
- Tableau visualization experience is highly preferred. A Tableau desktop specialist certification is a plus
- Ability to rapidly learn new processes/subjects
- Innovative mindset with demonstrated creativity or innovation in past work experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively across separate functional teams
- Phone system: RingCentral and CRM experience preferred
- Computer literacy
- Typing 45 plus words per minute
- Highly motivated
- Knowledgeable of MS Office: word, excel, outlook
