POSITION DUTIES: The Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key resource on the Enterprise Analytics Team, responsible for identifying Business Intelligence and data analysis needs in support of strategic business objectives across clinical and operational areas. The Business Intelligence Analyst provides user education on Business Intelligence solutions, analytical applications and data governance. Works with stakeholders to analyze and identify data needs, assesses and identifies data sources, and extracts and manipulates data using a variety of reporting and analytical tools to present information in a meaningful and actionable way. The analyst integrates data from disparate sources to provide new insights, and develops visualizations, interactive dashboards, and other displays to communicate results effectively.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering or related.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Education or experience in the following:
- Systems Engineering Modeling and Analysis – Use Business Intelligence tools to analyze the previous process models and optimize the systems to capture accurate data for healthcare data submissions, including V-model.
- Lean Thinking & Advanced Lead Management of Engineering Programs – Six (6) lean principles to build a workflow with less waiting time and non-value adding steps and value stream mapping to system process using Poka Yoke methods.
- Project Management – Manabe technology projects by designing, creating, testing, and implementing analytic tools (databases, reports, applications, dashboards, etc.) that support stakeholder needs and improve data collection and reporting strategies.
- System Architecture using SQL server in Oracle to develop process models using specifications and leverages the interactions between system platforms.

SALARY RANGE: $102,856 to $118,851 per year
