Role overview

Nursa is looking for a curious and creative Business Intelligence Analyst to apply a set of strategic and analytical skills to develop and test solutions supporting our leaders and business partners across our organization. You will team up with world-class professionals in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new initiatives, rewards innovation, and promotes continuous learning. Responsibilities

• Apply out of the box thinking, problem-solving abilities and operational experience to recommend actionable solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across Nursa to provide data-driven insight by applying descriptive and predictive analytics where it will have measurable impact
• Deploy a diverse set of methodologies including statistics, quantitative reasoning, or data visualization to research and produce insights
• Collaborate with other talented analysts in the team to create data infrastructure, calculate metrics, build dashboards and track trends in customers’ journeys and customer advocates’ experience
• Work well in a fast-paced environment within our highly distributed organization and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Communicate reporting outcomes and improvement areas effectively to stakeholders
• Handle multiple projects at a time, deliver to the objectives on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar quantitative or technical field is desirable
• 4+ years of analytics or Business Intelligence experience, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to design advanced SQL queries (e.g. CTE’s, window functions, etc.)
• Fluency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or QuickSight
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar
• Experience working with stakeholders to define scope and translate business needs into data requirements
• Demonstrated ability to effectively present dashboards/data-stories with an emphasis on usability and clarity
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with complex and demanding timelines
