We take pride in our commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Commercial Sales Producer.
As a Commercial Sales Producer at YMI, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and retaining commercial insurance clients. This position is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record of success in sales who is looking for something more meaningful; somewhere they can impact an organization and grow into its leadership team.
While insurance experience is beneficial, it is not required. We value individuals who bring fresh perspectives and a passion for making a difference.
Salary: $45000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new commercial insurance clients and expand existing relationships.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and build a strong local network.
- Leadership Development: As a member of a smaller team, there is potential for this role to grow into a leadership position within the firm. Take initiative in shaping the future of the agency and contribute to its success.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Leadership Aspirations: Desire to grow into a leadership position within a smaller organization and contribute to its overall success.
- Community-Centric Mindset: A passion for being actively involved in the local community and building strong relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, nimble environment and contribute to positive organizational change.
- Insurance Knowledge (Preferred): While not required, previous experience or familiarity with commercial insurance is a plus. Assistance towards licensing will be provided.
